Virtual Tai Chi

Tai Chi combines deep breathing and relaxation with flowing movements. The style of this class will be based around the Yang style 24 form. This session is a block of 12 weeks to allow you to learn the moves with ease and confidence. As this is a progresses from week to week all bookings are required prior to the first session.

Benefits include; improves balance, postural stability, muscle tone and range of movement in addition reduces stress, anxiety and depression, arthritic pain and high blood pressure.

The session will take place virtually via Zoom.

The Tai Chi exercise classes begin on Thursday 3rd June, 2021 and run for 12 weeks

Each session will take place virtually via Zoom, from 12.00 until 12.45pm

The block of 12 weeks will cost £36, that's just £3 per class!!
