Tai Chi

Tai Chi combines deep breathing and relaxation with flowing movements.

Pre-booking is required prior to week 1 - due to this being a progressive course of sessions bookings will not be taken after that date.

Benefits from this Tai Chi course include improved balance, postural stability, muscle tone and range of movement in addition reduces stress, anxiety and depression, arthritic pain and high blood pressure.
